- International health insurance valid in Estonia for full stay duration (min. €30,000 coverage)
- Clean criminal record certificate

How to Apply for the Estonia DNV
Processing time: Up to 30 days (15–30 days standard; up to 45 days during peak season May–September)
- 1Confirm eligibility (non-EU/EEA, remote work via telecom for employer/clients registered outside Estonia).
- 2Fill in online application form at e-estonia.com, print, sign, and date it.
- 3Gather all required documents including 6 months of bank statements.
- 4Pay state fee (Type C: €80; Type D: €100).
- 5Submit in person at nearest Estonian embassy/consulate or VFS Global center (available in USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Ukraine).
- 6Attend appointment for biometrics.
- 7Collect visa at the same location within ~30 days.
