1. Who we are

Enomads ("Enomads", "we", "us") provides a digital nomad community platform, location reviews, premium subscriptions, downloadable city guides, courses and a private membership community (the "Service") via enomads.eu.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including no unlawful use, fraud, spam, IP infringement, malware, scraping, or interference with security or other users.

4. Intellectual property

Enomads retains ownership of the Service, its software, content, branding and downloadable materials. Purchased guides and courses are licensed for personal use only — no resale or redistribution.

5. Service level

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Payments & subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. 7. Subscriptions, cancellation & refunds

Premium and Community subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — see the Refund Policy.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of these Terms or our community guidelines.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 6 months. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction (to be specified).
