1. Who we are

Enomads is an independent digital nomad platform operated by Camil Predescu, based in Bucharest, Romania. It provides visa information, city & cost-of-living data, workspace listings, blog content, the Financial Evacuation Radar calculator, the Visa Checker tool, and downloadable guides (the "Service") at enomads.eu.

2. Acceptance

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

3. Not legal, tax, or financial advice

Enomads is an information platform, not a law firm, tax advisor, immigration consultancy or financial advisor. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making relocation, immigration, tax or financial decisions.

• Financial Evacuation Radar — a calculator that estimates potential monthly savings using publicly available data. Outputs are estimates only, not financial advice or a guarantee of any outcome.
• Visa Checker & visa database — a structured database compiled from official government sources. Eligibility results are indicative; final eligibility is always determined by the relevant immigration authority. Not legal advice.
• Workspace listings — sourced from third-party data and community input. We do not endorse, guarantee or accept liability for third-party venues, services or businesses listed.
• Blog content & guides — informational only. Information may become outdated; always verify with official sources.

4. Free Portugal D8 PDF

The Portugal D8 Visa Guide PDF is provided free of charge. To deliver it, we collect your email address (via Resend) and store it so we can re-send the file and notify you of meaningful updates. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time by emailing contact@enomads.eu. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — no unlawful use, scraping, automated bulk requests, fraud, IP infringement, malware, or interference with security or other users.

6. Intellectual property

Enomads retains ownership of the Service, its software, original content, branding and downloadable materials. Visa, city and cost data is compiled from public sources; the compilation and presentation are protected. Purchased guides are licensed for personal use only — no resale or redistribution.

7. Service level

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any data is current, accurate or complete.

8. Payments & subscriptions

Paid orders are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax, invoicing, customer service for payment issues, and refunds. See Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 6 months (zero if you only used free tools). We exclude liability for any indirect, consequential, special, financial, immigration or tax-related damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
