We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products purchased through Enomads, including city guides, the All Cities Bundle, the Nomad Starter Course, Premium and Community subscriptions.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund directly from your Paddle receipt email, or by visiting paddle.net. Alternatively, contact us at hello@enomads.eu and we'll handle it for you.

Subscriptions

For Premium and Community subscriptions, you can cancel anytime — you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period and won't be charged again.
