Requirements & Eligibility
Income
No minimum income for tourist/short-term visitor entry (90 days visa-free for most nationalities). ONE Pass (Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass): minimum fixed monthly salary of SGD $30,000 (~USD $22,000/month) from a single employer in the past 12 months. OR outstanding achievements in arts, sports, science, tech, or academia (no salary threshold). Tech.Pass: minimum last drawn fixed monthly salary of SGD $22,500 (~USD $16,500/month) AND at least 5 cumulative years of experience in a leading role at a tech company with valuation ≥ USD $500M or at a VC firm with AUM ≥ USD $500M. Employment Pass (general skilled worker): minimum SGD $5,000/month (higher from 2025 salary increase schedule).
